Article 113
Certification in Bill

(1) According to Article 111, the bill to be submitted to the President for verification shall be verified and submitted by the speaker or the chairman of the house where it originates. But in the case of the Finance Bill, the speaker has to prove that it is a Finance Bill.
(2) The bill submitted to the President for verification in accordance with this section shall be verified within fifteen days and the same shall be notified to both houses as soon as possible.
(3) If the President feels that it is necessary to reconsider a bill other than the meaning bill submitted for verification, he shall send the bill back to the house from which it originated within fifteen days of its submission.
(4) If the President returns a bill with a message, both Houses reconsider such bill and if such bill is passed and resubmitted with amendments, the President shall certify it within fifteen days of its submission.
(5) The Bill shall become an Act after being certified by the President.
